Course Description: Surveys variety of concepts in undergraduate mathematics. Includes elementary logic, numeration systems, rational and real numbers, modular number systems, elementary combinatorics, probability and statistics, using real world examples.

How to do the Homework and take the Tests?

1. Login to COURSECOMAPSS.

2. Find the course, Math 103 (Mathematical Ideas, CSULB)

3. You need to install several programs first. Click “MyMathLab Installation Wizard” and follow instructions. You must install every program to view the test questions. You do this installation only once.

4. After installation, click “Course Documents” in left tab.

5. You will see “Homework Assigned by My Instructor” and “Tests Assigned by My Instructor”.
